She excels at mentoring leaders and building successful virtual teams through executive coaching and professional speaking and has served as a Master of Ceremonies, trainer, and instructor for diverse audiences. Her background enables her to work at the intersection of performance, leadership, and human connection, always with the goal of helping people step into roles and moments with dignity, strength, and purpose. With the evolution of Gravitas Consulting, Lauren has expanded into the Transportantion Management, Janitorial, and Custodial industries. She's also grown a team of sales and procurement experts who also specialize in Proposal Management (responding to RFPs) and Public Speaking, with industry-specific concentrations in project management, copy writing, graphic design, desktop publishing, copy editing, and print production. Together, Lauren and her network of experts bring over two decades of professional experience and a dedication to helping each customer thrive - with gravitas.
