Lauren Antonian is the CEO and Founder of Gravitas Consulting, a leadership‐focused services company specializing in meeting facilitation, ceremony facilitation, public speaking, and executive coaching. With a deep commitment to helping individuals and organizations bring greater presence, clarity, and impact to their most important moments, Lauren draws on her experience in guiding groups, crafting meaningful ceremonies, and coaching leaders to speak and lead with authority.

Prior to founding Gravitas Consulting, Lauren built expertise in business development, mentoring, and facilitation across sectors, throughout the Entertainment and Healthcare industries. She holds certifications in leadership and coaching (executive and professional speaking) and has served as a Master of Ceremonies, trainer, and instructor for diverse audiences. Her background enables her to work at the intersection of performance, leadership, and human connection, always with the goal of helping people step into roles and moments with dignity, strength, and purpose.
